The Pumpkin Patch.

Yesterday, my mum, a family friend and I visited Slindon's pumpkin patch and display.
If you've never been to Slindon before, think of a teeny tiny, picturesque village, and you've got Slindon.

Every October they put on an amazing display of pumpkins, all layed out to create a picture. This year they made a big snakes and ladders, but previous years have included a lifeboat, a spitfire and birds and bees.
Next to the patch, there's a little pottery barn selling homemade brooches, ornaments and magnets, and just down the road there's a "pumpkin cafe" aka the church's DIY cafe with homemade soup, cakes and biscuits.
And at the top of village there's the year-round, locally run village cafe and shop, selling all sorts of homemade goodies.

We try and visit every year, as it's always a great day out, and I always recommend it to people.
Every October, the beautiful village of Slindon gets filled choc-a-block with people, so expect to park at the bottom of the hill and to have a walk up, but trust, me, it's 100% worth it!

Much love.

Autumn Walks.

I got a new camera last weekend and when I haven't been at work, I've been playing around with it.

I used to love photography. I still do.
For a few years now, I've mainly been playing with 80's film cameras, disposables, polaroid or just snapping on my phone. I kind of just stopped doing digital photography
I've got to get used to focusing, angles, ISO, and even editing  again. Here's a few of my favourite photos I've taken so far. I've edited them a little, but I honestly can't remember half the things I used to do on photoshop. Sigh.

I've still got a ton to go through and edit. I guess I'll post some more after, but until then...

Much love.

Review | My Little Box October 2017

So I've been a bit MIA the last couple of weeks. I recently started a new job, and well, I'm finding it very stressful. But I want to get back into blogging properly. So to kick things off, we've got my regular My Little Box review.

If you read last months review, you'll know I was not happy in the slightest. Whilst this months is still not amazing, or anywhere close to MLB's best, it is much better than September's box.

For October, MLB have teamed up with one of my favourite stores, Asos, Instead of the usual box, this months goodies came in a gorgeous canvas bag, that can be re-used to store make up, art supplies or anything your heart desires.
