Skiathos x Skopelos.

After my trip to Bali, I spent 6 days at home  before hopping back on a plane to the beautiful Greek island of Skiathos!

Whilst Bali was filled to the brim with activities, water sports and driving round the island, Skiathos was a more laid back and relaxing holiday. My mum and I had booked this at the end of last summer, and we couldn't wait to explore more of the Greek islands.
We spent most of the week on Skiathos, but hopped on a boat to go their neighbouring island, Skopelos, for two days.
The two have gained recent popularity from the film, Mamma Mia, and I was worried they may have been ruined from tourists coming to see the filming locations.
Fortunately, both islands remain mostly undisturbed and in their natural culture.
With gorgeous, white buildings and independent boutiques, their towns are filled with the Greek lifestyle we crave. The beaches are covered in white sand with crystal clear waters making tiny, glassy waves.

The food was incredible -we honestly didn't have a bad meal while we were there- and the locals are so friendly and happy to chat and help with any questions you may have. It's clear they are very proud of their Greek heritage.

Honestly, there is something about the Greek islands that keep you wanting more. Maybe it's the beaches, the locals, the culture. Or maybe it's all of the above plus some more.

Surf Sistas.

Two weeks ago I set out on a brave new adventure.
Travelling alone to Bali seemed like the scariest thing ever. And to be honest, it was. At 23, it's the biggest thing I have ever done.

I met up with the Surf Sistas crew at Denpasar airport, and had the most amazing ten days.
I've never laughed so much, or been filled with so much love and positivity.
Our days were filled with surfing, yoga and dancing. I met some of the most kindest and caring people, who looked after me and never failed to make me smile. And I know I'm going to be friends with them for a long time. But, maybe more importantly, I pushed myself out of my comfort zone. I set out on some mad adventure that my brain said I would never be able to do -I almost didn't. I did it though, and the world rewarded me with magic!

Good times. Good vibes.
Roll on the next surf adventure.
