So, I've been a bit MIA again...
All my blog posts from this year have started with this sentence I think. But honestly, I do have a good reason. Basically, my laptops not been working properly and I think I may have to get a new one, and the blogspot app for my phone is just pretty much shit.
It means I missed my Coachella recommendations list and I wanted to do a couple of TBT posts as well, so I've had to post pone those for now.
As for the recommendations, I didn't really mind missing that one. This years line up wasn't that impressive aside from a few artists so I feel like that would have been quite boring. And tbh, Coachella as a whole this year was kind of a let down.

Usually, the Palm Springs festival kicks off the Summer party season and bohemian fashion comes out to play. I always find myself scrolling through instagram, with severe FOMO and wanting to spend my entire bank balance on beautifully outrageous outfits, just so I can look like I've just stepped out of Woodstock circa 1969.

Honestly, it took me a while to find a collection from 2018 and most of these have come from bloggers, instagramers and youtubers. Nothing wrong with that. It's just usually theres a wide range of A-List celebs wearing their favourite flower crowns, all dressed up after spending hours thrifting through LA's finest parades, just to look like they'd spontaneously thrown an outfit together.

My personal favourites from this year? Victoria Justice, Sincerely Jules and Vanessa Hudgens. The latter will come as absolutely no surprise to anyone that knows me.

I hope next years line up and outfits will be 100 times better.

You all know I love bohemian fashion and love to keep up with festival fashion in particular.
In the UK, our festivals are messy. No one gets dressed up. Which is why I love Coachella.

The music and arts festival basically kick starts the festival season with a celeb filled bang, bringing with it lots of gorgeous outfits.

As you may have guessed, I personally prefer the outfits that you can wear almost day-to-day, but have a little something-something added to them. I don't like when celebs comepletely change their style for the one weekend they attend. Reasons why Vanessa Hudgens always gets it right: she dresses like she's at Coachella all the time. Her outfits are wearable -you may just have to adjust them slightly.

This years festival was filled with beautiful music and beautiful clothes. It was hard to narrow it down to these. I mean, V attended both weekends. I easily could have made a blog about her outfits alone; I restrained, don't worry!

Coachella 2017 | My Recommendations.

Festival season is fast approaching! Kick starting the summer with a bang, comes Coachella, the Californian festival spread over two weekends. Since 1999, the Palm Springs desert has played host to some iconic line ups, including, Beck, The Chemical Brothers, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against The Machine and the Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs, to name a few.

Although I've never been, I find myself often daydreaming of dancing under the Californian sun whilst The Cure play in the background. The festival usually has something for everyone. So if you're fortunate enough to attend, here's some recommendations to check out...

H&M Loves Coachella.

Festival season is fast approaching. Of course that also means insta-worthy outfits made from crop tops, ripped shorts and piles of bracelets.

2017 marks the third year H&M have teamed up with music and arts festival, Coachella. This years collection is made up of various styles to make sure everyone feels confident and comfortable.
The women's side is filled with feminine classic pieces, from bodysuits to denim jackets, whilst the men's features tie-dye and hand drawn t-shirts. Honestly, the men's items are so lust-worthy, I highly suggest you check out that side of the collection.

To make sure your wardrobe is prepared for festival season, H&M have once again created a range of on trend pieces at affordable prices. No matter your budget, or your style, I'm sure you'll find something within this collection that's perfect for you!

Coachella | My Fashion Favourites.

None of the photos belong to me. Although I have edited to them.
All links to photo sources are linked underneath each photo.

Festival season has officially kicked with bohohemian's love that is Coachella.
Usually I'm so jealous and spend the whole of April dreaming I could be there. This year though, I didn't really think the line up was that great. There was only maybe 3 or 4 bands and artists I was interested.
Despite it being a music festival, it's also a celeb hotspot and a fantastic place to show off some new fashion items.  It's become known for those two things more than the music. Which is kind of sad actually.
I realised this year that alot of people only went to post good pictures on instagram. It's a music festival. Go for the music.
that probably sounds incredibly hypocritical, considering what this blog post is about. But I love the effortless, bohohemian style on a daily basis, so I feel this is a way to share that love with you all.
Please don't go purely for taking photos.

Go for the music, the love, the good vibes, and the memories.
If you happen to have great style- bonus points to you.
Much Love.

H&M Loves Coachella.

Last year, H&M announced they were releasing a Coachella inspired line, and it was beautiful.
This year though, they've done even better.

Dungaree, crochet, funky sunglasses, copius amounts of accessories. This line is what my summer dreams are made of.

Usually I'm so jealous of anyone who gets to run around the Palm Springs desert, however, this years Coachella line up isn't that great so I'm not particularly envious....
Although, I will still be checking out all the gorgeous outfits.

Just like last years post, I've picked out my favourites from the Love Coachella line. Now I'm going to go on a small (alright, alright) big shopping spree.

Coachella | My Fashion Favourites.

Yes, it's that time of year again!
The time for the humans to run out to the Coachella desert in their finest boho accessories, listen to good music and kick start the festival season.
Also, it means it's time for my annual yearly round up of Coachella fashion-goodness!
Click the names under each photo for credit. Edits by me.

I'm not going to lie, I was disappoointed that Vanessa Hudgens was unable to make it this year. Her style is on point every year. However, there was still plenty of beautiful outfits for me to pick from. I had a hard time narrowing it down to this selection!

I have so much fun making these blog posts every year.

H&M Loves Coachella.

H&M dropped it's Coachella inspired line yesterday, and oh my, it's beautiful.
Full of festival fringes and sunshine aestheics, this line will have wishing it was summer already.

As you all know, I'm obsessed with Coachella. (See here.) The Palm Springs desert, SoCal sunshine, the good vibes it brings and of course the music.
It is obviously the fashion that mainly detonates all over social media during the two weekends in April.

Every post is filled with crop tops, kimonos and beautiful prints. And if, like me, you find yourself double-tapping on every instagram-worthy outfit going, well, H&M might just be the place to go.

I've picked out my personal favourites above and I'm about to go spend some money on a few pieces I probably don't need. But boy, do I want.

Coachella | My Fashion Favs

Festival season has well and truly kicked off with the 2 weekend long, celebrity infused Coachella!
The music festival in Indio, California, is known for having incredible line up's year after year. But it's also as much about the music as it is about the fashion.

Now living in England, our festivals are a little different. For us Brits, festival season includes animal onesies, wellies and a lot of rain and mud. And by a lot, I mean A LOT.
But I think that's way Coachella's interested me for years. Like I said in last years post, Coachella releases the inner hippy in every one.
I like to keep with festival fashion, art and music as it tends to fill me up with inspiration (and have serious envy of anyone who lives in California)

This year I thought it would be a fun idea to show you all a few of my favourite outfits over the past 2 weekends.
I've obviously narrowed it down to just a few -there's always so many that I love!

I'd Rather Be...

It's that time of year again.
Where the internet gets plastered with images from the California music and arts festival Coachella, and almost everyone who isn't there wishes they were.
I am one of the "almost everyone".
The sun , the energy, the live music (there's so many ridiculously good acts that perform there!) everything makes me wish I could be there.

However, Coachella is just as much about the celebs that attend and what they're wearing as it is abut the music.
In the UK festival are wet, muddy and just down right messy. The fashion choices are generally wellies, shorts and t-shirts you don't mind either getting mud or beer on -but that's what makes the festival british.
And I think that's why I -and maybe alot of other brits- are often in quite in awe of Coachella.
It appears this festival releases the inner hippy in everyone. And that intrigues me. Because my love for all things bohemian tends to win. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

There's one girl who's fashion choices for this festival that is on point every single time; Vanessa Hudgens.
High waisted shorts, crochet, tye-dye, bandeaus, flowers, aztec prints and stacks upon stacks of rings and bracelets.
Vanessa's personal style is usually very lovely on daily basis, but when she hits Coachella it's flawless.

One day I hope to go and experience one of the weekends in Palm Springs surrounded by pretty clothes, chill people and fab music. Until then though, I'll stick to the muddiness of the Brit festivities.

Bring on weekend two of this sun fuelled fest!
