Despite The Weather, It Gets Better.

If you've been following this blog for a while, you'll know I'm a pretty big fan of With Confidence. This week kick started their first UK headline tour. I'm very proud of them.

For starters we had Manchester lads, Milestones. I've heard of these guys before but never actually listened to them. They put on such a great set that as soon as they had finished I headed straight for the merch table to buy their CD. I met Matt and Mark afterwards who were absolute sweethearts.

Next was Virginia pop punkers, Broadside. I had only listened to a couple of their songs but again, their set sold me and I off I went to buy their CD. Again they hung out afterwards and were all lovely!

The last support act was Canada's Safe To Say. these guys I had actually listened to. (Thanks Paige!) With gloomy alternative music -reminiscent of the 90's- Safe to say are quite different from the rest of the line up. Go and check them out -these guys are going places.

Finally, With Confidence came on and the wait was 100% worth it! They are incredible live!
I met them afterwards (sorry the pictures are so bad -it was dark and wet!) and they were so lovely. And I even got them to do something for a future tattoo.

Honestly, please go and see any of these bands if you get the chance because they were all incredible!

Much love.

Review | My Little Box February 2017

February's edition of My Little Box has taken inspiration from our cold weather and icy evenings.
I'll be honest with you- this month is a little disappointing. You all know I'm usually in love with almost everything MLB send out, and while it's not the worst subscription box I've received, it's no where near the best either....

Nowhere Else I'd Rather Be Today...

If you read this post from last year, you'd know how big of a Busted fan my best friend and I are.
November of last year finally saw the release of their third album, Night Driver and a tour announcement.
Katie and I instantly brought tickets to two dates, Portsmouth and Brighton, and started counting down the days.
Monday arrived, and off we drove to Portsmouth. Last night arrived and it was off to Brighton.
Honestly, both nights were amazing. We danced and sung our hearts out, and the new songs sounded incredible live.
Natives were supporting. I've seen them before a couple of times as support act for other bands, and they've always put on a good show. We met them afterwards and they were lovely.

We also met up with Chris both nights. (See bottom pics) He's currently selling merch and promoting his own music throughout the tour so go and say hi if you see him. Genuinely the nicest and funniest guy ever.

Much Love.

We Need To Talk About... Suki Waterhouse.

Credit | Credit.

A couple of months back I made a post called We Need To Talk About Margot Robbie. It was all about her style and showcased my fashion favourites on her. Well, I've decided I'm going to make that  into a little series. I love fashion and want to talk about it more on here. I'll probably make one of these posts per month where I talk about someone whose style I'm loving at the moment.

I've decided to start with my long term love- Suki Waterhouse.
The 25 year old is a model, actress and designer for her own brand, Pop & Suki, which she owns with her best friend, Poppy Jamie.

I've been girl-crushing hard on Suki for quite a few years now, with her vintage and bohemian garments, who can really blame me?!
Suki is a rare breed. Someone who manages to look incredibly cool and completely flawless, whilst also looking like she made no effort at all.

Working with brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Burberry and Prada, it's easy to see why Miss Waterhouse is one the coolest girls dominating the UK fashion scene.

Let me know what you think of this series because, so far, I'm really enjoying writing them!
Much Love.
